One of my favourite patio drinks is the Peach Bellini. I absolutely love the sweet peachy flavours in my summer cocktail. This past weekend, I hosted a wine slushy party with some of my close friends and made these peach bellini-inspired wine slushes. It was so easy to make and required only few ingredients: wine, ice, peaches and peach syrup. You can also make the ice out of wine to amp up the booziness!
Inspired by my good friend Angela Aiello’s wine slush segment on CTV, I had my very own wine slushy party to cool down for the summer! It was so refreshing and festive that I wanted to share it with everyone today!
Below is the wine slushy recipe that I used this weekend:
Frozen Peach Wine Slush
1 cup of FRESH Crisp White Wine
75 mL of Peach Syrup
6 – 7 cubes of FRESH Crisp White Wine Ice Cubes
3 – 4 slices of Peaches
Method:
1. Blend FRESH Crisp White Wine with peach syrup, ice and peach slices
2. Garnish glass with a peach wedge and serve!
