This girl got to try nitrogen ice cream this week.

This was very exciting because I had never had nitrogen ice cream before.

So what is the difference between nitrogen ice cream and regular ice cream?
Nitrogen ice cream is typically “made-to-order” ice cream. Because it is made-to-order, one of the benefits is that you can customise the ice cream to your liking.
