I was recently asked to share my experience living in a Daniels condo. For those of you who know me, you’ll know that I moved to Toronto from Alberta for school. When I first moved to Ontario, I lived on residence at university. It wasn’t until second year that I moved out on my own. At that time, I had never gone house hunting before and had no idea what I was looking for. Miraculously, with the help of my parents, I was able to move into a 1 bedroom condo owned by Daniels Condo. The signing process was straight-forward and easy to understand – even for a first time renter like me! During that year, I spent a lot of time in my condo gym and also in the shared space hosting friends.
Now that I’ve got a family, we are looking to move out of our two bedroom downtown apartment into a bigger space. However, as many young families have realized, purchasing a house – even a semi-detached house – in Toronto has become more and more unaffordable. With houses over $1M, purchasing a house in the Toronto area is no longer a viable option for young millennial families. Condos and apartments are becoming the norm for family living. Daniels has several impressive buildings across the GTA with larger units that are perfect for growing families. They include innovative family friendly amenities, are situated in community-focused neighbourhoods and offer families a unique opportunity to own a larger space at the right price point.
Daniels Family Friendly buildings have suites designed specifically with families in mind. They feature open concept living spaces with plenty of room for growing families. These condo buildings have an array of amenities from kids play zones, innovative outdoor space, mega gyms, co-working spaces, arcades, climbing walls and expansive green spaces that allow kids to run around. There are three buildings currently being built in Toronto’s east end – DuEast, DuEast Boutique and Artworks Tower, all located in Regent Park. Mississauga City Center will also be home to a family friendly building – Wesley Tower. For more information on Daniels Condo and their Family Living initiatives, check out DanielsFamilyLiving.com.
